Ingredient Of Wheat Pancake Recipe
- Butter- 1 tbsp
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Egg- 1 Egg
- Milk- 300 Ml
- Wheat Flour- 1 Cup
- Jaggery or Sugar- 3 to 4 tbsp
- Baking Powder- 0.05 tsp Baking Powder
- Almonds- Chopped
Cooking Procedures
- Mix eggs in a big bowl and then add butter and milk.
- Take another bowl and add wheat flour, baking powder and sugar.
- Then add the dry ingredients in portions to the wet ingredients in each bowl and keep stirring with a spoon.
- Beat the bowl until a smooth batter is obtained. Make sure no lumps form and mix well.
- Now heat a non-stick pan on medium flame. Add some oil and pour a ladle full of batter into the pan.
- When small bubbles start forming on the surface of the pancake, turn it over.
- Cook the pancake well from the back side also.
- Place the pancakes on a plate and drizzle some maple syrup or honey.
- Garnish the pancake with almonds.
