THE GLOBE The Los Angeles police apprehended four individuals on Thursday in connection with the shooting death of Johnny Wactor, a former actor from “General Hospital.”

The authorities arrested 18-year-olds Robert Barceleau, Leonel Gutierrez, and Sergio Estrada for murder. An alleged accessory to the crime, 22-year-old Frank Olano, was booked.
According to records from the jail, they were all being held without a bond of $2 million. After contacting the Los Angeles Police Department and the county jail, the Associated Press was unable to ascertain whether they had legal representation.
A news release from the Los Angeles Police Department stated that the arrests occurred Thursday morning as a result of search warrants executed at many sites across the city. According to the authorities, officers also found more evidence during the searches. There has been no further discussion about the arrests and the evidence.
During the early hours of May 25, Wactor was fatally shot as he confronted carjackers who were attempting to steal the catalytic converter from his vehicle. According to the police, the 37-year-old and his colleague had just departed from a rooftop pub when they noticed three men had lifted his vehicle. One of them allegedly opened fire on him without reason, killing him, according to the police.

After posting CCTV photos of the suspects and their getaway vehicle on Aug. 5, the police appealed to the public for assistance in identifying them.
The role of Brando Corbin was played by South Carolina native Wactor in the ABC daytime drama “General Hospital” from 2020 to 2022. In addition to his role in “Call of Duty: Vanguard,” he has appeared in other films and television shows, such as “Station 19,” “NCIS,” and “Westworld.”
Just following Wactor’s passing, his agent David Shaul remarked, “He kept his chin up and kept striving for the best he could be.”
