Step 1:
Mix the cooked quinoa, eggs, and a small amount of salt in a bowl.
Step 2:

Spray a small amount of oil on the opposite side to ensure it also achieves a golden brown colour.

As soon as it is ready, serve it hot with some ketchup and mayonnaise made with garlic.
