
Horchata is a rice drink that combines Mexican and Spanish flavors—cinnamon, sugar, and milk.

Ingredients
1 cup of milk
1 cup of basmati rice
0.05 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
Cinnamon Powder: 1 tablespoon
Sugar- 2 cups
2 Spoon crushed pistachios , cashew nuts and almonds.
Cooking Steps of Horchata
- First, wash the rice under running water.
- Second, in a 6-cup water mixture, blend the rice until it starts to break. Give the rice and water at least three hours to soak at room temperature.
- Thirdly, remove the rice and pour the water from it into a pitcher.
- Fourth, while the rice is cooking, add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla essence, and milk to the water.
- Fifth: Add some chopped almonds, cashew nuts, or pistachios as a garnish.
- Sixth Step: Add ice cubes for serving after chilling and stirring.
