Cooking: Follow These Easy Steps! Paneer Tikka
- Mix 1 spoonful of mustard oil and Kashmiri chilli in a large bowl, and stir for 10 minutes.
- Next, to make a smooth marinated paste, add the chopped green chili, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, chili flakes, garam masala, chopped green chili, and lemon juice mix.
- Next, chop the paneer into pieces and marinate it for half an hour. Next, include the paneer, onions, and capsicum in the marinade.
- With the marinade, mix them carefully and slowly. Cover and refrigerate the marinated paneer and vegetables for at least thirty minutes.

- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet or nonstick pan. After applying the marinade to the paneer and vegetables, put them on the tawa.
- You may cook on medium or low heat. I used roughly 3 tablespoons of oil total when frying in 3 batches.
- Another method is to grill the paneer and vegetables before frying them. Since they cook more uniformly and have a nicer texture, I decided to fry them right away.
- Once one side has browned, carefully flip it over. Vegetables will cook more slowly than paneer cubes.
- Be sure to remove the paneer cubes when they are golden. You can continue to brown or grill the vegetables.
- Make sure the vegetables marinade has cooked. To cook them, softly press them.
- After the paneer cubes, you have the option to sauté the marinated veggies. Fry everything in a pan until browned.

- Place them on a platter and serve with warm or hot paneer tikka, chutney, or onion-lemon salad. Diets low in carbohydrates, or low-carbs, are a tactic for losing weight. The interest in low-carb methods is still present today.
