You can eat fish in many ways, and it contains thyroid-healthy minerals. To incorporate fish into your diet, bake, grill, or pan-fry any sort of fish with a complete grain and vegetable for dinner.
• Mix smoked salmon (lox) with crackers or bagels for breakfast.
In tortillas, try substituting fish for the chicken or beef.

Which foods harm the thyroid?
